New Fiction Release Shares Story of One Man’s Night of Spiritual Awakening – Book by Jennifer Wade

Brandon Moore is a young man who has overcome a lot of hardship and grief to establish himself as a successful journalist.  He’s awaiting the arrival of his grandmother, Lydia Stevens, whom he hasn’t seen for many years.  Lydia raised Brandon after his mother, Lydia’s only child, passed away and his father, an angry drunk, beat Brandon severely enough to lose custody of the boy.  Brandon loves Lydia with all his heart, but he’s apprehensive about the visit; Lydia is a devout Christian, and Brandon lost faith after his mother died and his father beat and neglected him.  He fears that her visit is prompted by a wish to discuss his spiritual life, and he’s right.  Lydia is there on a mission—to help Brandon rediscover his love of God.
